Where have you been, woman?

so…um…forgive me dear blog readers, for I have procrastinated. It has been way too long since my last post. But to be fair, I have been…busy. Starting your life over at my age is not as easy as one would assume.

But now that the dust has settled (literally) in the new-to-me-digs it’s time to get back on the horse.

Even though I haven’t been posting often, I HAVE been writing. Promise. In fact, I’ve got three projects going on at once!

First, I’m participating in Nanowrimo the insane challenge to write a 50,000 word novel during the month of November. I know, insanity. If you write 1,667 words a day, you’ll stay on track. This is day 14 and I’m only 9,000 words behind. Go me.

If I finish I get a Certificate. ooooooohhhhhhh, ahhhhhhhhhhh

I also stupidly agreed to write a paranormal story that happens on New Years for an anthology that has a deadline of Dec. 1. Me. Write a paranormal thing…like witches or ghosts or werewolves or something. Oy. Let’s just say that was a struggle to write. I think I need to stick in the real world for now. haha. Of course you can be the judge of that yourselves when the anthology comes out. It will be FREE and contain all these other Indie Authors listed below charged with the same task. Authors who actually write in the genre, so it should make up for my entry!

I’ve of course, been working hard with Amy Miles (fb website>>) Amy Miles on our co-written trilogy. Book One NETHERWORLD has been going through some major work and will soon take over my life, I predict. Ha.
