It’s hard for me to believe that this story started as an experiment for Amazon’s new Kindle Vella platform, but quickly became a series that I wanted to turn into dive into! It’s got all the things I love about writing, flawed characters, snappy dialogue, and the heat, my god the heat between these two! It leapt off the page as I wrote it. I found myself blushing more than once. Sorry, Mom. Ah, the author’s dilemma. We want it to be a bestseller but we don’t want anyone we know to read it. Ha!
This book makes number 17 that I’ve penned since starting out in 2011. Feels like a lifetime ago.
